Advanced Autism Services is looking to hire qualified Behavior Technicians to be part of our team of experienced professionals and fill our ABA Therapy Jobs in Scottsdale, Arizona. We provide Autism Services and In-Home ABA Therapy in Scottsdale for kids who have been diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities. We base our work on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and principles of the learning theory. In this role, you’ll be working under the guidance of a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and working one on one with kids. You’ll also be working with the kids’ families, helping them better understand how to utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help the child learn and grow. The staff at Advanced Autism Services team is currently in need of dedicated, enthusiastic, motivated and goal-oriented individuals who can provide ABA services. This job role means you will be providing community-based and/or in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism. During each ABA therapy session, you’ll be gathering information and observations on the child’s behavior, their progress and skill acquisition and collaborating with your assigned BCBA to better craft the child’s care plan around their growth using the information from the sessions. For this role, we are in need of ABA Therapy professionals who have prior experience in a related field such as psychology or work in the special needs community with a focus on autism and a certificate for completing the 40 hour RBT course. We are looking for goal-oriented, detail oriented, reliable and passionate individuals who can maintain professionalism at all times.

• Work in the home, school and/or community settings
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment
• Implement behavior treatment plan and other programs as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor
• Promote the development of functional communication skills
• Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills)
• Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines) training
• Collect clinical data and track progress using industry leading software
• Participate in team meetings with a BCBA, parents and other team members

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with certification number
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively using written and oral skills
• Ability to use technology and software programs
• Ability to drive to multiple locations if necessary
• Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally, if necessary
