Job requirements

We are seeking dedicated professionals who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a Master’s in ABA or a related field. Must be within a 10-mile radius of Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Richmond and be willing to travel to patients’ homes to work with kids one-on-one.

Job description - As BCBA, you will:
Conduct assessments and provide progress reports periodically.
Monitor the child’s behaviors and environment and formulate a behavior care plan that will be enacted by the assigned ABA Therapist.
Supervise, train and provide direction for the ABA Therapists.
Develop the procedures for any behavior interventions that may be needed. while providing support, guidance and feedback to the child’s family and caregivers.
Perform functional assessments and analysis of any behavioral challenges.
Measure the program’s success, provide recommendations, monitor data collection and progress.

Job description - As Behavior Therapist you will:
Work together with their assigned BCBA who supervises their work to apply basic principles and teaching methods in line with ABA Therapy and the child’s care plan.
Be punctual and prepared for all session appointments.
Work one-on-one with children in their homes, providing In-Home Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy
Observe and collect behavior and skill acquisition information during sessions and communicate it with the assigned supervising BCBA.
Provide support, guidance and feedback to the child’s family and caregivers
Work towards goals identified in the child’s behavioral care plan, implement and provide insight and guidance for the family and/or caregivers.
