We are currently in need of filling ABA Therapy Jobs in Mesa, Arizona with qualified, dedicated Behavior Technicians who can join our team of caring professionals. These professionals will be required to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and in-home ABA Therapy in Mesa, Arizona for children with autism, under the guidance of a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Advanced Autism Services provides support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other related disabilities and their families using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our agency is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, goal-oriented, professionals to provide ABA services. This is an opportunity to work with amazing children and their families as a certified Registered Behavior Technician in the home, school, and community. We are the gold standard in providing ABA therapy and offer flexible, part-time schedules, with reasonable travel at great hourly rates. In this role you will provide in-home, and/or community-based ABA therapy and collect behavior and skill acquisition data during the sessions. To qualify, you should have a background in a related field such as psychology or work in the special need community with an emphasis on autism and a certificate for completing the 40 hour RBT course. Additionally, you should be detail and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.

• Work in the home, school and/or community settings
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment
• Implement behavior treatment plan and other programs as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor
• Promote the development of functional communication skills
• Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills)
• Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines) training
• Collect clinical data and track progress using industry leading software
• Participate in team meetings with a BCBA, parents and other team members

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with certification number
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively using written and oral skills
• Ability to use technology and software programs
• Ability to drive to multiple locations if necessary
• Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally, if necessary
