  • We are now hiring dedicated, experienced and professional Behavior Technicians to join our team at Advanced Autism Services to fill our ABA Therapy Jobs in Phoenix, Arizona. We provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) care and sin-home ABA Therapy in Phoenix, Arizona for kids with autism. ABA Therapy professionals work in collaboration with and under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are the gold standard in providing ABA therapy. Staff works flexible, part-time schedules, with reasonable travel at great hourly rates. Additionally, professional development and ongoing supervision in the emerging field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) is available, resulting in a rewarding work experience helping children and families reach their full potential.

    As an ABA Therapy professional/Behavior Technician, you will be dedicated to in-home, and/or community-based ABA therapy in Phoenix. During each ABA Therapy session you conduct, you will need to record progress behavior and skills acquisition data so you can collaborate with your assigned BCBA to continue adjusting the child’s behavior and care plan. We are hiring detail and goal-oriented ABA Therapy professionals who can maintain professionalism at all times and who have backgrounds in related fields such as psychology. Candidates can also work experience with the special needs community, preferably relating to autism and a certificate for completing the 40 hour RBT course.

    • Work in the home, school and/or community settings
    • Create a fun and supportive learning environment
    • Implement behavior treatment plan and other programs as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor
    • Promote the development of functional communication skills
    • Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills)
    • Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines) training
    • Collect clinical data and track progress using industry leading software
    • Participate in team meetings with a BCBA, parents and other team members
  • ABA Therapy Job Responsibilities in Phoenix, Arizona

    • A minimum of a High School Diploma.
    • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with certification number
    • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
    • Ability to communicate effectively using written and oral skills
    • Ability to use technology and software programs
    • Ability to drive to multiple locations if necessary
    • Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally, if necessary
