Advanced Autism Services is currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are in need of filling ABA Therapy Jobs in Tempe, Arizona. We leverage Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with autism and provide in-home ABA Therapy in Tempe, Arizona. You’ll be working under the guidance of a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Advanced Autism Services provides services and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other related disabilities. We also work with their families using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help provide maximized in-home ABA therapy in Tempe. In this position you will be responsible for providing community-based and/or in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism. You will need to collect behavior and skill acquisition data during each session. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in a related field such as psychology or work in the special needs community with an emphasis on autism and a certificate for completing the 40 hour RBT course. In addition, you should be detail and goal-oriented and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Work in the home, school and/or community settings
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment
• Implement behavior treatment plan and other programs as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor
• Promote the development of functional communication skills
• Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills)
• Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines) training
• Collect clinical data and track progress using industry leading software
• Participate in team meetings with a BCBA, parents and other team members

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with certification number
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively using written and oral skills
• Ability to use technology and software programs
• Ability to drive to multiple locations if necessary
• Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally, if necessary
