Our ABA Therapy Jobs in Tucson, Arizona need qualified professionals who will serve kids diagnosed with Autism by providing them with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services and resources. Your primary role will be providing in-home ABA Therapy in Tucson, Arizona. As part of our team, a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work closely with you and be dedicated to supervising and guiding your work. Advanced Autism Services provides support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other related disabilities. Part of our work is also to help train families on how to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help provide maximized in-home ABA therapy in Tucson. In this ABA Therapist Position in Tucson, you will be charged with providing community-based and/or in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism. You will travel to clients’ homes and do functional assessments as well as ABA Therapy sessions where you will observe and form reports on the kids’ behavior, skill acquisition and progress. You will be expected to relay this information to your assigned BCBA to continuously improve and adjust the child’s custom Behavior Plan. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in a related field such as psychology or work in the special needs community with a special focus on autism and a certificate for completing the 40 hour RBT course. We are looking for detail and goal-oriented staff members who can maintain professionalism at all times.

• Work in the home, school and/or community settings
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment
• Implement behavior treatment plan and other programs as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor
• Promote the development of functional communication skills
• Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills)
• Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines) training
• Collect clinical data and track progress using industry leading software
• Participate in team meetings with a BCBA, parents and other team members

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with certification number
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively using written and oral skills

• Ability to drive to multiple locations if necessary
• Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally, if necessary
